damn, didnt noe its been 3 weeks since i last post'd something... so fast lah... eyyy, u guys (except Elly)... wat the hell???... no post???... wat happen'd to the pact i made with u guys???... this isnt how its suppose to go???... haih... i behhh song alredy lah... hangat hangat ta-ik ayam wan... 1st 1st gung ho, suddenly, hapus alredy...

fine, i'll give u all the benefit of the doubt... exam period is coming up, so perhaps u guys have been busy... BUT still, i don think u guys r so busy until u cant even find 10-15mins to type a bit rite???... well, then again, y waste 10-15mins of precious time blogging in this forsaken blog???... n since this blog is pointless alredy, y still endorse it???... terminate it only lah rite???... wat say ya'll???... BE IT AYE???... OR BE IT NAY???...

i don noe lah ppl, i just feel, altho its just blogging, n i'm not angry tht u guys arent avid bloggers like me... or at least in regards to this blog lah... i'm more annoy'd by the hypocrisy of those who say in the chatbox "this blog dead alredy ah???" or "y no 1 update wan???" or "haha, die alredy this blog..." n yet don update...

i mean, we always say must keep in touch n bla bla bla n when we can, we dont... lets be honest here, how many of u can say "oh, i noe how's Joe doing rite now..." or "oh, yea i recently spoke to Thomas n he seems fine..." or "Yea, i still talk to so n so..." ???... i'm not gonna excuse myself from this bcos i myself, frankly, don make much of an effort to chat with the ppl when we're all on9 but i think i can say tht at least i'm still trying thru this blog rite???...

well, perhaps blogging is a hassle n u all prolly don have the free time like i do since yr courses demand more of yr time but i'm just saying u noe, give it a shot... ponder on the shit tht just came out from the head of me...

well, other than tht, i'm doing fine... recently went thru a torrid time with my assignments... it wasnt fun at all but i survived n the final wave is about to come cos i have only another 5 weeks of classes (4 to be technical cos the last week is just presentation week)... so yea, another 37days then i'm done n will be home in KL... awesome!!!... so cool... hopefully then, we'll hang out more... i noe, i wasnt too good a fren the last time ard, i rarely hangout with u guys but hey, i did try to call u guys out a couple or so times ocay, u all just werent free at the rite time... so thts y we tangguh tangguh n tangguh until the last few weeks b4 i left... so, not blame it all on me...

but yea, i'll make more effort this time ard but if it still doesnt happen, i'm sorry... i only have a total of 45 days in KL... n i oso gotta juggle with my SKL frens, sooo... yea... u UK ppl lah, wanna go UK so pa-pai then during winter break only got a few miserable weeks, cant even come back... Nov, Dec, Jan, n Feb is the free-st time for me man... haih, oh well... not complaining... well, i am lah, but stopping now... just make time for 1 another lah... i promise this time i will make time for u guys too... hehehe, ampun ya, Tuan, Puan...

so, thts about all i gotta say lah... oh yea, while u guys r busy studying up for yr exams, watch yr own health ocay... swine flu ahhh, dangerous... u don wan to get tht do u???... so watch out...

My dear friend, Michelle Sin and I were having a discussion on what we want to name our kids when we grow up and get married. She loves names ending with -elle or -ette whilst yours truly, loves old English names. And my kids will have two English names, instead of one. This was inspired by the fact my sister has a friend name Audrey Desiree and I love the names I chose. I love the names Katherine or Kathryn, Desiree,Christyn/Kristyn, Alexandra, Juliette, Julianne, Taelyn, Katelyn, Leah, and Andrea for girls. For guys, I love the names Alexander, Christopher, Nathaniel, Caleb, Jeremiah, Timothy, Josiah, Aaden, Cameron.

On the other hand, she likes Isabelle, Annabelle, Juliette for girls. For boys, she loves Nathanial, Samuel and Ethan. Haha, we started this conversation after I was complaining to her how much iLecture stuff we both did. By the way, do you know I nearly ended up as an Annabelle instead or Elizabeth? Mum changed my name at the last minute because she thought the belle sounding name was better suited for a cow instead! However, my parents have made it clear that they should be consulted when it comes to the Chinese name part. They think it is only traditional enough to consult both sets of parents. So yeah, my parents will have a say in naming my kids in the future.

So there's my long-awaited 2nd post in a month, as stipulated in the terms.:)

so as most of u may noe, my apt recently got broken in... to those who noe, i'm fine, they took a few items only... to those who r just finding out now from this post, - -' ... i'm piss'd byond comprehension... but yea, tht robbery led to my new purchase of a Dell Studio 15... AWESOMELY... wait for it... AWESOME!!!... its super cool... specs r them great too... except the graphics card lah... but still good enough for games lah... n this time its more equip'd... i got Photoshop n Dreamweaver n dl-ing InDesign... all cs4 version in fact... awesome!!!...

anyways... its the break now... cools... more time for me to do my work... haih, after break immediately gotta hand in 2 assignments... then a week after tht another 2... then after tht the new round of assignments starts rolling in... by the time the new assignments come, only 3-4 weeks will be left... awesomeness... yea, means i'm gonna be home soon... 5th June... thts the date... i'm pretty sure i'll get a flight bcos no one studying in Aus will end tht early bsides ppl from my course... so yea... niceee... this oso means tht its alredy been 2 weeks since i last blog'd here... fast like shit...

anyways... have been chatting on FB with most of my std6 frens... its weird... but awesome at the same time u noe... who wouldve thought we'd be speaking to one another after 8 years... hahaha... i wonder after 8 years will we be talking to each other anot... or will we be bumping into each other n having awkward small talks... hahaha... oh well... we'll just have to wait n see how it goes wouldnt we...

anyways... gotta get back to work... n tht goes for the rest of u ppl reading this too... - -'

Yeah, I can second Thomas's blogging requirements. It ain't that hard is it? Speaking of which, "I am putting my mouth where the chilli is". Which means, that for March I have broken the terms and conditions, because I blogged once. BUT, if our post is gargantuanly incessantly long, does that constitute TWO posts? Anyways, back to the point of this post. I am in the midst of completing 2nd year, 1st semester. In fact, it has been seven weeks since I started university. It feels like ages and ages ago. It must be the signs of getting old, aging faster than you know it-type of scenario.

Oh on a random note, mummy says my writing is getting from bad to worst. It's when I write fast, it becomes really illegible. Somewhat between good writing and doctor's writing. Doctors scribble, trust me-- having one doctor (dad) and one doctor-in-training (my brother). My dad's writing is hardly legible, my brother's is getting to that point. My sister, the lovely and talented Ms. Megan Chin, says it is still bearable but you better not fall in to the deep pit-fall dungeons of having illegible writing, where you could not be rescued. It makes me laugh everytime I am constantly reminded. What a family I have, serious at times, yet so funny as well. Their analogies could cause one to die of laughter, literally.

What events is next for Elizabeth? ( Yeah, I am referring to myself in third person)
- J-LIFE Church Youth Camp 2009, April 10th-13th (Easter Weekend)- going up north to have a fun-filled, yet deeply spiritual-filled weekend.
- Trip back to Malaysia, July 12th-Aug 2nd: Going back for 3 weeks to have a break. Which means leaving work back here. Stress-free, ideally!
- Working on Saturday (4th April)-- it gives me the cash or pocket money, so why not, hey?
- Finishing assignments and presentations due on the week after Easter.
- Catching up on some much needed sleep. Seriously, my eye bags are horrendously horrible! No pictures will be inserted here, to save my skin from major embarassment.

Seriously, I am on a high here despite having had 4 assignments due in the last week. It's so funny because this post is in stark contrast with the one on my blog. I update the blogs simultanously for convenience purposes. Oh, well better stop here now before I bore you to tears! hrmm this is gonna be a really random post.. im gonna blog about my urmm.. Cooking in Sheffield. :)

Few weeks back, i decided to make Roti Jala. When i told my friends about Roti Jala they were like what? roti canai u mean? nooooo Roti Jala means Roti Jala lah!! seriously, do u guys not know whats Roti Jala? lol. So anyway, its pretty simple to make Roti Jala as all u need is Flour, Milk, Egg, Water, Salt, Tumeric Powder and Butter. Sounds easy right? ooh side track abit.. how to pronunce 'Flour'? 'Flow-er' or 'Flaaar'? lol.

 Okay fine so presentation may be 1/10.. but Taste is 8/10 okay.

I made Curry Chicken to go with the Roti Jala too.

Ooh and the other night i made 'teriyaki chicken' - actually its just chicken marinated with sugar and oyster sauce la but it really tasted like Teriyaki Sauce.. i also made Sambal Tumis and Prawns (okay fine this one very simple la my mom bought the sambal tumis paste for me), and i stir fried broccoli with fish cakes. 

TADA. :) see got keropok somemore!

I made PRETTY good fried rice at times.. note the 'at times' okay.. sometimes come out damn suck, but sometimes not bad la. 

 This is when it comes out not bad. haha.

Ooh and i make/cook Western food as well :) :)

 Pancakes. Roti Jala's cousin. lol.

 Grilled Lamb. ooh I love Salad Cream. It similar to mayonnaise but the taste is more subtle. 

Oh and my all time favourite...

 IndoMie Goreng Pedas + Eggs :)
